What Our Forms Ask For
Our wholesale and custom quote forms ask only for normal contact, business, and project details — such as your name, business name, email, phone, store type, product interest, quantity, deadline, and project notes. We do not ask for passwords, banking logins, SSNs, or private account credentials.
When Questions Are Escalated to People
AI responses are informational and may require human review. Sensitive questions about legal matters, food safety, pet health, wholesale agreements, or custom order details are escalated to the MNB team. For pet health, consult your veterinarian.
